Shipping

Normally take around 1-1,5 months after the production time to arrive to US customers and around 1,5 months for international customers).
Customer is responsible for all customs fees/VAT.
You can choose EXPEDITED delivery (2-3 weeks) or EXPRESS delivery (10-11 days).

Returns and exchange details
- All items are carefully personalized with care and examined before delivery therefore we don't usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, if you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 15 days and we will be happy to discuss refund/ exchange with you!
- Customer is response for the return shipping.
